ABOUT KYLE
OWNER/OPERATOR OF WILLPOINT
Kyle Bergh is a dedicated Mental Performance Consultant (Prov) with a passion for helping others move toward their potential with clarity and purpose.
Kyle has worked with athletes and performers across a wide range of contexts — from developing youth to elite professionals — with a primary focus on junior and professional hockey players.
Kyle’s interest in sport and performance psychology stems from his own journey as an athlete. He spent four years playing university hockey and another four competing at the junior level. During that time, he faced a series of challenges — including multiple seasons battling post-concussion syndrome. These experiences gave him firsthand insight into the mental and emotional demands of high-level sport: fear, self-doubt, and the pressure to perform.
It wasn’t until Kyle began investing in the mental side of his game that he learned how to get out of his own way and feel at his best — consistently and authentically.
Today, he draws on his academic training, lived experience, and deep curiosity about the human mind to help others navigate performance, overcome internal barriers, and grow both in sport and in life.
